* Salary: UOM5 - $86,943 - 99,984 p.a. plus 17% super
Your responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide general support to Department staff, manage HR and finance tasks, liaise with the facilities team and coordinate department events.
* Executive Support and Diary Management: Manage the Head of Department's diary, organise travel, and support strategic initiatives.
* Enhance Departmental Processes: Establish workflows, improve administrative processes, and support OH&S initiatives.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic diary management systems.
* Proactive approach to problem‑solving and maintaining confidentiality.
