DWS is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation program. This role focuses on leading the delivery of a new SAP HCM Payroll solution and working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure and implement a high-quality outcome across a complex multi-country payroll environment.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Very strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll schemas and rules for Australia and any other countries within the Americas, Europe, or APAC.
* Substantial experience leading teams delivering multiple end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations.
* Substantial experience in configuration of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Time, ESS & MSS, Interfaces, and FIORI apps.
* Proven ability to configure SAP HCM modules and support testing, training and data migration.
* Experience integrating with HCM on S/4 HANA with Workday, SuccessFactors and other third-party systems.
* Experience leading project teams and contributing to broader delivery initiatives.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry-specific financial requirements.
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage senior C-suite stakeholders.
* Ability to assess current processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
* Experience running workshops, gathering requirements and translating them into robust solutions.
* Awareness of industry trends and emerging SAP technologies.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and collaboration skills.
