What You'll Tackle Daily
In this role you will provide wide ranging administration support while also gaining exposure to HR processes, payroll and executive assistance tasks. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
Preparing documents, managing records and coordinating general office tasks
Supporting HR activities and maintaining confidential information appropriately
Processing monthly payroll in ADP with accuracy and minimal amendments
Coordinating travel, accommodation, meetings and agendas
Raising purchase orders and calculating sales commissions
This role suits someone flexible, organised and eager to learn, who enjoys being an all-rounder and contributing to many parts of the business.
What You Bring to the Table

Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Confident communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in manufacturing industry is beneficial but not essential
Experience with ADP or MYOB Acumatica is advantageous but not beneficial
