The Role
* Email and diary management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
* Handling travel arrangements, expenses, and accommodation requests.
* Preparing and collating materials for meetings and events, including presentations.
* Taking minutes and monitoring items requiring action by internal stakeholders.
* Managing stakeholder communication and building relationships within the business.
* Supporting monthly reports, performance management, and annual planning processes.
* Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad‐hoc tasks as needed.
Your Profile
* Minimum 2 years' experience working directly supporting senior stakeholders.
* Experience in a non‐for‐profit environment.
* Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills.
* High level of attention to detail and I.T. literacy skills.
* Experience with minute‐taking and board papers.
* A current Police check (desirable).
This is a fully onsite position.
