About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Careers Administration Officer to provide administration support to the Careers Coordinator and team in promoting and developing Careers and Employment services and associated events and activities.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Managing and promote CareerHub as the central employment portal for students.
* Collaborate with Student Engagement team members to deliver services, events and initiatives for students, graduates and industry including student activities, careers services, orientations and graduations.
* Provide guidance and information to students and stakeholders.
* Provide timely support to the Careers Coordinator.
* Maintain resources relevant to careers and employment services and record keeping of events and services.
* Develop and engage a network of stakeholders for collaborative projects.

Key Selection Critiera
* A degree qualification with relevant work experience; Or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
* High level of administrative skills and ability to work with a variety of software suites including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and information management system databases).
* Effective interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and work well with stakeholders at all levels of management.
* Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with colleagues to deliver successful services and events.
* Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
