As an independent investment house, Prime Value offers the benefits of a boutique organisation with the stability, security and resources of a much larger company.The RoleThe Executive Assistant (EA) provides support to the CEO, CFO and Executive Director to provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and act with initiative. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, enabling the CEO, CFO and Executive Director to focus on strategic priorities by efficiently managing their time, relationships, and information flow.ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage and prioritise calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.Create email communications based on CEO, CFO and Executive Director’s requirementsCoordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, briefings, and minutes are prepared in advance and distributed appropriately.Screen and manage calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO, CFO and Executive Director.Board and Leadership CoordinationSupport board and executive committee meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and distribution of materials.Liaise with senior leadership and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, CFO and Executive Director.Project and Operations SupportAssist in driving key initiatives and monitoring deadlines and deliverables.Prepare reports, and provide insights to support executive decision-making.Coordinate confidential matters as required by the CEO, CFO or Executive Director.Assist in preparing materials or documentation.Travel and Events ManagementOrganize complex travel arrangements and itineraries (domestic and international).Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, conferences, and events.Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted representative of the CEO.Handle sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.Other dutiesTake on other duties as required and directed.The Ideal CandidateOur successful candidate will ideally have:Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior support role, ideally supporting C-suite executives.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom is a plus.Ability to work autonomously, think critically, and act proactively.Experience in a boutique financial or professional services industry is highly desirable.To express your interest in this position please send your application, including a cover letter and your CV to talent@primevalue.com.au or via LinkedIn Apply.
