What you'll be doing
* Coordinate and process customer orders, invoices and payments
* Source and allocate marine parts to service jobs and retail sales
* Monitor inventory and communicate parts updates to the service team and customers
* Systematically receive, inspect and put away stock and special-order parts
* Organise information and prepare reports for the Service Manager and General Manager
* Occasionally pick up or transport parts using company vehicles or forklift, or liaise with couriers as needed
What you'll bring
* Administration experience—experience in marine, heavy vehicle or automotive industries is a bonus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and suppliers
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Competence with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
* Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting, packing, bending and standing)
* Current Australian driver's licence (forklift licence is an advantage)
