Monash Health Infectious Diseases has approximately 28 infectious diseases physicians and 7 registrars across six Monash Health Sites (Clayton, Dandenong, Moorabbin, Kingston, Casey and the soon to be opened, Victorian Heart Hospital). Monash Health Infectious Diseases has a very busy referral service, consulting on several thousand hospitalised patients and more than seven thousand outpatients across six clinics, per year.

**About the role**
- Work closely with the Professor Director and Clinical Director of Monash Health Infectious Diseases to provide high level administrative support and to ensure the Department operates smoothly and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with members of the Monash Health Infectious Diseases team
- Organise and manage special events
- Complete work required and directed by the Professor Director and Clinical Director of Monash Health Infectious Diseases
- Document preparation including preparation of executive level presentations, documents, monthly reports

**About You**
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to prepare reports for different audiences using clear, concise language
- Ability to influence and build sustainable and successful relationships with people and teams across all levels of an organisation
- Ability to use digital solutions and to use a technology-based approach to execute initiatives
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Microsoft 365 platforms
