* Meeting and Greeting Clients
* Booking Meeting rooms
* Managing & scanning mail
* Maintaining office supplies
* Document Creation
* Supporting company setup, trusts, super funds
* Maintaining client database
* Liaison with regulatory bodies
* Tax correspondence

This role is permanent part-time, working four days a week. Fridays are required days. The hours are standard full days (8:30am to 5pm).
