We are seeking a candidate with high attention to detail, enjoys variety and in return your skill set will be fully utilised and appreciated, set in our modern rooms at the Epworth Centre in Richmond, we are located nearby to Bridge Rd trams and East Richmond train station. Offering a generous salary the position is 3-4 days per week, from 8:30am-4:30pm.The successful candidate must be flexible to cover staff leave and additional hours in times of heavy demand. Qualifications and experience
.Exceptional organisational skills
.Ability to work autonomously, and take initiative
.Open and accepting of existing processes
.Knowledge and experience of cardiology is advantageous but is not a prerequisite
.Excellent computer skills
.Outstanding customer service skills and patient care focus
Tasks and responsibilities
.Overseeing daily operations of the physician's private practice
.Management of consulting sessions with the physician and ensuring secretarial tasks are maintained at an accurate and efficient level
.Diary management including forward planning and scheduling
.Maintenance of patient records
.Liaising with hospital staff and practitioners involved with patient care and theatre list co ordinator
.Patient accounts billing and receipting
.Responsible for the patient experience from enquiry, to consultation, to surgery and post-surgery
.General office management and other admin duties as necessary
.Good knowledge of Zedmed medical software
