An exciting and unique chance exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Yoorrook Justice Commission Response and Engagement Team as Coordination and Administration Officer to contribute to progressing the Victorian Government's nation leading work with First Peoples.
The responsibilities of the Yoorrook Justice Commission Response and Engagement Team include coordinating the whole-of-government State response to the Yoorrook Justice Commission (Commission), including engagement with government departments and agencies through the Yoorrook Interdepartmental Committee and the WOVG Working Group. This coordinated approach ensures government's response to and engagement with the Commission aligns with the State's commitment to transparency throughout the treaty process.
Please note an interest inpolicy impacting First Peoples, self-determination, truth and treaty processes in Victoria is desirable for this role.

- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level confidential administrative and coordination support to a senior manager or team with highly developed initiative and ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
