Due to continued expansion, we're looking for TWO organised and efficient Office Administrator & Tracing Support persons to join our dedicated team in Tullamarine, Victoria.
This role will be responsible for providing administrative and tracing support to ensure the smooth running of our field and office operations.
What you'll be doing
* Tracing customers in accordance with company-approved guidelines, using authorised web portals and tools.
* Reviewing and updating customer address information.
* Plotting Field Agent trips using approved routing software to maximise efficiency and coverage.
* Work collaboratively with our Field Agents in keeping with our values of Fair, Fast & Fearless.
* Coordinating and booking all travel and accommodation requirements for Field Agent trips, including airfares and car rentals.
* Answering phones and provide day-to-day office support.

What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office using Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience in tracing would be highly advantageous.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
