We're looking for an outstanding person to join our Melbourne office.

We provide strategic counsel across the public affairs, corporate and financial communications, and investor relations disciplines to our clients, helping to manage and influence their most important and complex issues.
Working as part of our national team and directly with our Melbourne based Managing Partner, you will support our leadership and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Melbourne office.
This is a 4-days per week role.
About the role
Key responsibilities include:
* Proactively manage scheduling for the Managing Partner and members of the leadership team, including meeting requests, board commitments and travel.
* Provide general administrative support, and assist in managing and actioning correspondence.
* Work in collaboration with Sydney-based peer in maintaining written reports and firm records, including collecting and filing client information.
* Manage the Melbourne office including visitor greeting, meeting room coordination, catering arrangements, while ensuring the office is presentable and organised.
* Keep office facilities organized and stocked and coordinate mail and courier arrangements.

* Ability to manage independent projects, as well as being a strong team player.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
