About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised Personal Assistant to support a senior director within a major public health service in Melbourne. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient diary management, documentation support, stakeholder communication, and administrative coordination.
Immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Coordinate emails, correspondence, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and documentation
* Assist with PowerPoint presentations and communication materials
* Support HR, payroll, and staffing functions (including variations and performance scheduling)
* Maintain supplies and update data across multiple systems and databases
* Provide excellent customer service to staff, patients, and visitors
* Contribute to administrative projects and general office support
About You
You are an experienced PA who thrives in busy healthcare environments and enjoys supporting senior leaders. You bring:
* Previous PA experience within a hospital/healthcare setting
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and hospital IT systems
* A warm, patient-focused approach and excellent communication skills
