Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day running of the Shadforth team in Victoria
- End‑to‑end diary management and travel coordination
- Processing accounts payable
- Onboarding new staff including internal and external platforms
- Staff events and workshops
- Assist in planning and organising client events, venue hire, catering, etc.
- Assist with PWA Regular Progress Reports
- Agendas and presentations for meetings
- Arrange presenters for training sessions (PD), book staff in for external training
- Manage attendance registers, feedback forms, CPD points accreditation
- Processing corporate credit card expenses for Head of Shadforth in Concur
What You Will Bring
- Hands‑on experience in a business support or executive assistant role within Financial Advice, Superannuation or Financial Services
- Thrive in a busy fast‑paced setting
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
- Flexibility and desire to learn new skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills and maintain high discretion in handling confidential matters
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to build relationships quickly
