**The Role**
Working with highly regarded professionals, this boutique practice seeks an experienced family law secretary who wants to take an active part in client and file management.
Your duties may include:
- Client liaison
- Drafting and collating court documents
- Drafting various pieces of correspondence
- File management including hardcopy and electronic filing
- Preparing matters for Hearing
- Liaising with clients, Barristers and other relevant parties
- Timesheet entry and billing
**Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years experience in family law
- Knowledge of various court processes
- Strong technical skills
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and keen desire to take on added responsibilities in a fast paced team environment
