**About the Role**
As a result of an internal promotion, Monash Health Aged and Rehabilitation, Kingston Centre is looking for enthusiastic people, with strong personal assistant and administrative background (possibly in health); and a passion for getting the job done, to support the activities of our Director & General Manager team.
We have 2 full time roles available: One supporting 2 Directors and the other supporting 2 Directors and the General Manager.
Both roles entail day to day administrative support which includes:
- Coordination and management of office communications, scheduling and calendar appointments, diary management, and knowledge of data systems
- A focus on continuous improvement to ensure efficient and effective office management and administrative support
- Meeting coordination including venue bookings, IT set up, agenda preparation and minute taking where required
- Preparation of high quality reports, presentations and documents
**Location**: Monash Health Kingston Centre, Moorabbin.
**About You**
You are a proactive and experienced personal assistant /administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment in an open, flexible and accountable manner. Working in a healthcare environment doesn't faze you and you are able to maintain and demonstrate integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.
You have:
- Experience in using _Microsoft 365 - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams_
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and helpful customer service and communication skills
- Proven organisational skills and can work autonomously
- Demonstrable ability to manage a range of administration responsibilities across a number of areas
- A quality focus whilst ensuring work is completed within the required timeframes
- A flexible approach to staggered start and finish times
This position is based at Kingston Center with flexible work arrangement options to include working from home option as suitable.
