Responsibilities
* Coordinate the preparation of new, used, and demonstrator vehicles to ensure they meet BMW and MINI premium standards before delivery.
* Support the Aftersales team by managing customer communication, service bookings, invoicing, and maintaining a high‐quality reception environment.
* Work closely with workshop staff, technicians, and suppliers to maintain a smooth service flow and keep customers informed.
What you'll bring (Qualifications)
* Full NSW Driver's Licence
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
* Automotive or workshop experience (preferred)
