What You Will Be Doing
As the friendly first contact for patients and visitors to Peninsula Health and Frankston Hospital, this multi-faceted role is responsible for dealing with phone and reception desk enquiries. The Switchboard operator will assist visitors and staff with directions in a courteous and friendly manner, calmly deal with internal and external emergency calls/respond codes and assist with patient enquiries over the phone or in person in a friendly manner.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Basic Computer Skills
A strong understanding and experience with customer service
Previous Switchboard / Reception experience
Previous experience in a health setting (desirable)
