We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a key administrative role.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to our medical staff, clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of accuracy when performing tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Communicating with medical staff, onsite and off-site.
* Answering enquiries, coordinating courier and medical centre collections, pathology results assistance.
* General administration duties.
* Maintaining customer confidentiality.
* Liaising with laboratory staff.
The successful candidate will have sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy), previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and interpersonal skills.
