* Coordinate all travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics for the CPO and senior leaders
* Organise agendas, team meetings, leadership forums, and ensure smooth flow of communication
* Provide polished support for presentations and decks, including editing and formatting as needed
* Draft, review, and help manage light internal communications and talking points
* Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
* Partner closely with a high-needs, fast-paced executive, adapting quickly to changing priorities
* Manage core administrative tasks such as expense submissions, approvals, and operational support
Who You Are
* A seasoned EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment
* Exceptionally organised with a track record of managing competing priorities seamlessly
* Confident working autonomously and as a trusted partner to a busy leader
* Comfortable drafting and polishing presentations and communications
* Agile, adaptable, and solutions-oriented - able to pivot quickly without missing a beat
* Skilled at working across diverse stakeholders and regional teams
* Ideally, you bring some APAC or regional experience, but this is not essential
Why Join Us?
* Work at the centre of APAC's HR function in a visible, impactful role within a globally renowned marketing services group
* Hybrid work flexibility based in Melbourne
* Be part of a vibrant, fast-moving marketing and communications culture
* Competitive fixed-term contract with a $120,000 package
