Overview
Experienced Administration All-Rounder to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role across multiple functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* General administrative support across the business
* Processing orders, invoices, and purchase orders
* Customer service – handling enquiries via phone and email
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
* Supporting logistics, dispatch, and operations where required
* Assisting with reporting and documentation
About You
* Proven experience in an administration all-rounder role (ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience using SAP (highly regarded)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational and time management skills
