About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile professional to support the School of Electrical, Mechanical and Infrastructure Engineering in various administrative areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Graduate Students: Coordinate onboarding, manage travel funds, and provide ongoing assistance to research students.
* Delve Administrative Excellence: Handle a range of tasks including appointments, recruitment, and financial transactions across departments.
* Facilitate Meetings and Events: Provide secretarial support for key meetings and assist in organizing seminars and events.
* Enhance Communications: Update websites/sharepoint, prepare announcements, and respond to queries, ensuring effective information flow.
* Support Strategic Initiatives: Plan and coordinate activities and assist in rollout of new processes across the school.
Your Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be capable of managing diverse administrative tasks independently, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment working across functional teams.
