Key Responsibilities
· Assist with the preparation and coordination of tender submissions for various construction projects.
· Collaborate virtually with the team, with occasional in-person meetings and site inspections (once or twice a week as required).
· Support document management, formatting, and quality checks using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
· Ensure all documents are accurate, well-presented, and submitted on time.
· Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external contacts.
