A very exciting role for someone to join a NFP company working alongside their Business Manager. Their office is growing and are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to join to support in an administration capacity, to contribute to their excellent reputation for delivery.
**About the role**:
We are looking for a person to help with the daily activities of a busy Administration/ Rostering division. The role will carry a wide range of responsibilities including;
- Helping colleagues with the administrative tasks
- Taking meeting minutes
- Closely working with the Manager to support her
- Liaising with team & wider business
- Organising office and diary management
- Booking meetings
This fast-paced role will see you play an integral part in the team as you will be the first point of contact for all Administration/ support. In addition, you will be working closely with the team to support them with coordination and general administration.
**Experience**:
- Administration/ Coordination Support experience
- Intermediate excel & MS word
- Customer centric approach with the ability to take on responsibility.
- Effective communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills - with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and process oriented.
