Exciting Administration Officer Role available
**Your new role**
Provide a comprehensive range of Administration Support to the relevant team this will include:
- Telephone communication with internal and external customers/ stakeholders.
- Answering and/or referral of general queries.
- Meeting preparation and minute taking Data entry Records Management.
- Diary and calendar management.
- Invoice processing.
- Supporting the maintenance of administrative systems, processes and policies
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of branch projects as required.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Positive and hard working attitude.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and eager to take on new challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Previous administration experience.
- Additionally a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite and an ability to adapt quickly to internal systems.
