Your new role
You will be a confident Office Assistant that will posses a can-do attitude, be well presented and have a friendly personality to carry out the day-to-day tasks required to keep the office running smoothly. You naturally take pride in your work, enjoy assisting others and you are looking to make a valued contribution to a small team working in a high-profile company.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Receptionist duties
- Filing (electronic and paper), scanning, binding, photocopying, and printing.
- Assist with board meeting setup including IT requirement, tea, and coffee.
- Teleconference setups.
- Maintain and service office equipment.
- Assist with IT requirements such as new computers, phones, and spare equipment.
- Maintain and update admin & IT records.
- Maintain stock levels for stationery, clothing, business cards, letterhead etc.
- Update office manuals and procedures.
- Banking, Postage, mail (including internal mail)
- Organise birthday cakes, events, gifts.
- Maintain kitchen, amenities, and stock levels.
- Assisting Director's EA
What you'll need to succeed
- Have a can-do attitude, no task too small or large.
- Be cheerful and proactive, show initiative, self-motivation, and co-operation.
- Be dependable and accountable.
- Have great organisational skills and carry out tasks promptly.
- Show meticulous attention to detail.
- Have an excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Possess intermediate computer skills and knowledge. (MS Office)
