About the role
The Reception and Administration role is pivotal for the smooth day to day running of our offices.
In this role, you will deliver a welcoming and professional front of house presence at ACSO whilst working as part of the broader Facilities team and on our National Phone Line.
What we're looking for
- Certificate IV in office administration and/or relevant experience working in a forensic administrative/reception environment desirable.
- Very good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage busy and stressful situations
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities under limited supervision
- Demonstrated computer skills in the use of MS Office
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality particularly with regards to client privacy and sensitive organisational information
