This role will support the day-to-day operations of this growing business. If you have administrative experience within a Marketing or Human Resource environment, we encourge you to apply to this role. The Office Administrator will work across all areas of the business to ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties will include but not be limited to the following: Answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate consultants Office maintenance including kitchen and shared spaces, first aid kits, arranging vehicle maintenance Organise internal/external functions and catering Ensure stationery and promotional material is current Support and provide assistance to managers across the business including assisting the bookkeeper Assist Project Managers on project related tasks, including updating Project Management Software Provide a variety of other administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, data entry and document control, assistance with tenders, report formatting To thrive in varied this role, you'll need: Demonstrated experience in an Administration position or similar along with: A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong time management and organisation skills Able to work autonomously and within a team environment Proficient PC skills, knowledgeable in MS Office Experience in Marketing including eDM's or Human Resource Administration highly regarded Some of the incredible benefits our client offers!
