About the role
My client is seeking a friendly and qualified Administrator to join their supportive and stable team workplace. In addition to the reception and administrative support, you will work in a collaborative team to drive efficiencies, process improvement, and ensure ongoing development. The purpose of this position is to support customer enquiries and play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative and front of house functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain internal database system.
Manage and organize the company calendar.
Process orders, quotes,
Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth operations.
Assist with dispatch documents & coordinate transport.
Follow up with clients as necessary on ETA's & delay's.
General admin duties including, managing office supplies, data entry, filing, & scanning paperwork.

What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is essential.
Invoicing experience and CRM management skills are highly valued.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
