About the Role
The Administration Officer is integral to the Preston PARC team, ensuring administration tasks and duties are carried out efficiently and effectively, including data entry, records maintenance, database management, receptionist duties and general administration.
Additional responsibilities include collating data for team KPIs, auditing, ordering supplies, supporting clinicians with day‐to‐day administrative duties, basic IT support for staff, and coordinating meetings (scheduling, agendas and minutes).
Qualifications
* Experience and good working knowledge of health information systems
* Proven ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems
* Demonstrated knowledge of privacy and confidentiality principles
* Well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, liaise and work collaboratively with consumers, carers and service staff
