What You'll Be Doing

As our Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and support across the business. Your responsibilities will include:


Executive Support
– Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and ensure smooth daily operations for the Directors.


Project Management
– Assist in special projects, including AI-driven process improvements and business development initiatives.


Sales & Client Support
– Help prepare presentations, coordinate client meetings, and support executive search engagements.


Event Planning
– Organise high-profile events, team-building activities, and client functions.


Invoicing & Accounts
– Oversee invoicing, debtor management, and financial tracking.


Talent Sourcing & LinkedIn Management
– Engage with potential candidates, manage talent pipelines, and support executive recruitment efforts.

What We're Looking For

We need an exceptional operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will have:

Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, you love keeping things on track.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, you see challenges before they arise and handle them effortlessly.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you'll be engaging with high-profile executives.

High attention to detail, whether it's scheduling, research, or preparing reports, precision matters.

Tech-savviness, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn; experience with AI tools and CRM systems is a plus.
