About the Role
Based in our Southbank office in Melbourne, this part‐time role plays a key part in supporting project delivery teams through accurate and efficient document control. You will manage document workflows, ensure compliance with project requirements, and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to maintain high‐quality documentation across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
* Maintain and administer document control systems (including TeamBinder), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate document submissions, transmittals, and workflows across internal and external stakeholders.
* Support document numbering, classification, and maintenance of project registers (MDR).
* Manage the distribution and archiving of technical, administrative, and contract documentation.
* Collaborate with teams, clients, and suppliers to support timely and accurate document management.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in document control or project administration.
* Experience using document management systems such as TeamBinder or similar.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proactive, adaptable, and team‐oriented approach.
