Personal Assistant / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has strong administrative and financial skills, and can provide efficient support to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial data
Manage scheduling, emails, and correspondence
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and documentation as required
Handle invoicing, expenses, and basic accounts management
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in Personal Assistant and/or Bookkeeping roles (preferred). Training can be provided to the right candidate.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
