The successful candidate will provide evidence-based mental health assessment, intervention and assertive case management to young people aged ***** with complex or emerging mental health needs. They will work in partnership with families, primary care providers and community agencies to support early intervention, improve access to care, and help young people achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.
To be considered for this role you will need:
* a relevant tertiary qualification in mental health (e.g. Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Social Worker, Counsellor or related discipline) and eligibility for registration with the appropriate professional body;
* demonstrated experience in assessing and supporting young people with complex or emerging mental health needs;
* ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and work collaboratively with families, carers and partner agencies;
* strong communication skills with the ability to engage hard-to-reach young people;
* a Current NSW Working With Children Check National Police Check Class C driver's licence
