About the Division
School Performance Division: responsible for the frameworks and programs relating to government school performance and priority programs that support improved school performance.
The School Performance Division has two branches:
* The School Performance Branch leads statewide coordination of frameworks and initiatives for improving the performance of government schools. This includes overseeing the Framework for Improving Student Outcomes 2.0 and associated processes including School Strategic Plans, Annual Implementation Plans and School Annual Reporting, school reviews, and key programs including the Intensive School Support initiative.
* The Priority Programs Branch leads initiatives targeted to priority initiatives that support improved school performance. This includes the Tutor Learning Initiative, Middle Years Literacy and Numeracy Support, the Student Excellence Program, Professional Learning Communities, and a range of other targeted programs.

We are currently seeking a high-performing VPS3 Administration Officer who is passionate about supporting school improvement and performance in Victorian government schools.
The responsibilities of the Administration Officer includes, but are not limited to:
* Providing diary management for the School Performance Division Executive Team
* Support the work of the Assurance Unit in leading key divisional processes including human resources, business planning, administrative policies, procedures and protocols.
* Records management, including administration of the Division SharePoint sites.
* Procurement, including hospitality, travel, office supplies and general invoice processing.
* Program administration support.

They will have strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, They will have the opportunity to create new and improved processes, working collaboratively with other members of the team.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
A relevant tertiary qualification. Experience in delivery of programs within the public service preferred.
