We are seeking a skilled Professional Support Specialist to provide day-to-day assistance and support to senior executives.
This role involves managing complex diaries and inboxes, coordinating meetings, and preparing and distributing reports. Additional responsibilities include organizing executive meetings, tracking actions, managing documents and budgets, and maintaining records.
You will bring strong experience supporting executive-level staff, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your well-developed organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication enable you to operate with professionalism and discretion.
