**The Position**
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting senior executives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication skills? If so, our client, a global retailer is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to their CEO.
This role gives you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and thriving team where no two days are the same. You will provide strategic support and operational assistance across a range of sensitive and confidential issues. Your ability to coordinate and manage varying expectations and daily workflows will be highly attractive for this position.
**Key Responsibilities**
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO's daily activities.
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain effective relations with key stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Assist with monthly and ad hoc report production.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic and annual business plans for the SMT.
- Arrange and coordinate SMT and strategic meetings (and other forums) including agenda development, minute taking, report preparation and coordination, preparing presentations and arranging facilities, social events, accommodation, and catering for each function.
- Provide a high standard of general Executive Assistant and administrative services.
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly, authorised forwarded to Finance.
- Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation for the CEO.

- Have demonstrated experience supporting a C-suite leader.
- Extensive experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional, and friendly manner to all levels within the organisation.
- Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an ever-changing and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to professionally manage scheduling conflicts and recommend appropriate solutions.
