Business Operations Coordinator
Celotti Workforce is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic business operations coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves the day-to-day management of operational activities, providing administrative support, and maintaining office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing general reception duties, including handling customer calls, greeting visitors, receiving and dispatching mail and couriers, meeting room, and calendar management.
* Formatting and editing documents and presentations.
* Purchasing and managing office supplies.
* Arranging travel and accommodation for staff as needed.
* Maintaining office cleanliness and kitchen facilities.
* Assisting with organizing internal and external events, gifts, and functions.
* Undertaking ad hoc projects and tasks.
* Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
* A passion and proven experience for delivering high-quality support and customer service.
* Ability to plan and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
* Intermediate to high-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
