As a Youth Engagement Peer Worker, you will hold a significant role within the team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service that meets the needs of young people.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop opportunities for young people to access groups and services within the youth team and community.
">
* Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external providers to enhance the experience of young people.
">
* Use your personal and peer experience of mental health challenges as a young person or in youth mental health service use.
">
* Ensure cohealth standards of client health records are upheld and all interactions with young people are recorded.
