We are URGENTLY looking for someone for a 2-month contract to fill in for staff on leave.
You will be responsible to for managing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth running of the business by providing support to colleagues, management and customers.
Duties include:
* Office Management - setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms including catering, managing stock of office supplies
* Office Administration - managing phone calls & correspondence, create &/or update records in databases, scanning, filing, retrieving & disposal of the data
* Bookkeeping - using Xero software doing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing & purchasing, month end reconciliations & support payroll
You will be fully trained on all duties but expectation is you have strong computer skills across MS Office, Xero & any WMS/Import Export exposure well regarded.
You will get involved in packing orders, samples & sending to customers as well as understanding relevant documentation for incoming/outgoing goods.
This is a contract role for approx. 2 months but may extend beyond this timeframe.
