This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business in a key administrative role.
You'll be responsible for scheduling, coordinating installations, processing orders, and providing customer service support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage stone stock levels and inventorySource and purchase stone in line with operational requirementsCoordinate logistics and delivery of materials to the factoryProcess job orders accurately and efficientlyHandle general administrative duties including answering phone calls and face-to-face enquiriesAbout YouYou are highly organised, solutions-focused, and have strong interpersonal skills.
Your attention to detail and ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams sets you apart.
