Our client is a well-regarded, Australian Commercial, Government, and Insurance law firm with offices in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

**The Role**
An exciting opportunity for a legal secretary to join their insurance team in Melbourne. You will be working alongside an experienced legal secretary to coach and mentor you as you develop your skills.
key responsibilities:
- File management
- Opening and closing files
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Preparing briefs to counsel
- End of month billing and reporting
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- General administrative duties.
We are looking for an ambitious professional with excellent communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment will be essential. Previous experience within a law firm would be advantageous
