Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co-educational college in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, established in 1980. The college operates over multiple campuses in Vermont South, Vermont and Burwood. It has a Senior Campus for Years 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 in Vermont South; a Junior Campus for Kindergarten to Year 6 in Vermont South (1.8 km from the Senior Campus); a Year 9 Campus in Vermont (1.4 km from the Senior Campus); and a VET Campus in Burwood.
Administrative Assistant
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, professional and highly organised administrative assistants to join our business team. This varied role encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including responding to telephone and email enquiries, welcoming and assisting visitors to the college, maintaining accurate data records, and providing high-quality customer service to staff, students and families. Experience with basic printing processes would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, a sound understanding of office administration systems and procedures, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A high level of professionalism, attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information is essential.
This is an ongoing, permanent, full-time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The successful applicant will be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school.
