Sales administration customer service role within a privately owned business.

A privately owned Company that has been servicing the Commercial Refrigeration & Foodservice market from the Sales & Warehousing premises in Melbourne, Australia, since 1999.
**Your new role**:
- To maintain the showroom to a professional level. Ensure all displayed products are current and fully stocked daily.
- To provide a high level of counter sales and service to our customers, ensuring all customers are greeted and served promptly.
- Ensure all orders received before 3pm are processed into sales orders on NetSuite by close of business that day.
- Communicate with the Admin and Sales teams when you are away from you workstation to ensure customer service levels are maintained.
- Ensure all customer inquiries, sales orders, quotations, purchase orders and delayed orders are managed in accordance with the customer service standards.
- Manage customer returns and shipment issues to the customers satisfaction. Provide efficient aftercare services to customers including warranty claims and delivery/dispatch enquiries. Liaise with the Customer Service Manager for processes and authorisation.
- Provide the Customer Service Manager clearly outlined accounts of orders or transactions that have fallen below the company's customer service standards.
- Assist the General Manager and Product Manager in the annual stocktake.
- Liaise closely with the Customer Service and Product Manager and the Warehouse Manager to ensure product and customer service standards are maintained.
- Any changes or reallocation of duties may be discussed with you by a member of the management team at any time during your employment.
