**About the Role**
The Personal Assistant / Administration Team Leader within the Nursing and Midwifery Education and Strategy (NaMES) team is a key role responsible for providing high level personal administration assistance to the Director/s of NaMES, and is responsible for organising and coordinating the NaMES office operations in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
The NaMES team provides clinical, professional, and educational leadership and support to the organisation's nursing and midwifery workforce. This enables skilled nurses and midwives to provide excellent evidence-based and person-centred care.
Working within a busy and fast-paced environment, the NaMES Personal Assistant / Administration Team Leader has the ability to function effectively as both an individual and a member of a team. The incumbent possesses excellent communication skills, a first rate customer service focus, and the ability to deal with a wide variety of people on various issues.
The Personal Assistant / Administration Team Leader provides supervision, delegation and support of the NaMES administration employee and ensures optimal performance in all administrative functions. The incumbent is also involved in planning, implementation and evaluation pertaining to administrative functions within the NaMES administration team.
