Warehouse & Operations Assistant – Part-Time (Mornings)

We are a long-established industrial coatings and flooring business based in Bayswater, supporting commercial projects across Australia and an online retail brand.
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Operations Assistant to support our warehouse and daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their warehouse career, trade-adjacent, or looking for stable morning hours with variety.

About the Role
* Permanent part-time role – 20 hours per week
* Set hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–1:00 pm
* A variety of warehouse, picking, packing and operations support tasks
* Hands-on, physical role in a small, practical team
* Based in Bayswater (not remote)

What You'll Be Doing
* Receiving and unloading deliveries
* Picking and packing orders (higher volume during busy periods)
* Organising and maintaining warehouse stock
* Preparing materials for jobs and deliveries
* Loading vans and assisting with dispatch
* General warehouse housekeeping and support tasks
* Occasional local pick-ups or deliveries

What We're Looking For
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Someone physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Willing to learn and pitch in where needed
* Forklift licence is a plus — training available for the right person
