About The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive People & Culture Administrative Officer to provide high‑quality administrative and customer service support across the People & Culture Department.
Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this role works closely with the Culture & Partnering, P&C Operations, and Health, Safety & Wellbeing teams to ensure accurate, timely and well‑coordinated administrative support.
This role is suited to an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
What You'll Do
* Provide administrative and coordination support for People & Culture activities, including meetings, events, professional development, surveys, travel arrangements, catering and venue bookings.
* Deliver high‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner.
* Undertake general administrative duties including correspondence, meeting coordination, record keeping, reporting, database maintenance and updating intranet content.
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems and data collection in line with Institute policies and quality assurance requirements.
* Process invoices and financial transactions, including coding, reconciliation, approvals and record maintenance.
* Provide confidential administrative support to the Director, People & Culture and senior members of the P&C leadership team, as required.
* Use Microsoft Office and SharePoint effectively to support efficient team operations.
What You'll Bring
* Relevant experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a complex or professional services environment.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise work, manage competing deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
* Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and use tact and diplomacy.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable
* Experience supporting People & Culture, HR or similar professional services teams.
* Experience with People & Culture systems and processes.
