Role overview

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive
Executive Assistant, Operations & Office Manager
to support our Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, and to ensure the smooth running of both executive operations and the day-to-day office environment across the business globally.

This is a trusted, high-impact role for someone who brings exceptional organisation, discretion, and stakeholder management, combined with a warm, personable style and a genuine "no task too big or small" mindset. You will be a natural problem-solver who anticipates needs, brings structure to complexity, and takes ownership of keeping the CEO's office and the broader workplace operating seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

Executive & Travel Support

* Comprehensive diary management and executive assistance for the CEO.
* End-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, car hire, itineraries, and logistics for senior leaders and visiting executives.

Office & Facilities Management

* Oversight of day-to-day office operations, supplies, and procurement (office, kitchen, cleaning, IT accessories).
* Management of office assets and key supplier contracts
* Liaison with building management and service providers to resolve facilities issues promptly and professionally.

People & Culture / HR Support

* Coordination of onboarding and offboarding, including system access, email setup, and induction logistics.
* Management and distribution of the weekly internal company newsletter, ensuring timely, clear communication of business updates and key announcements.
* Planning and delivery of company-wide events and cultural initiatives

Marketing, Events & Sponsorship

* Coordination of company participation at major industry events and conferences
* Management of event merchandise and new-starter welcome packs.
* Support for sponsorships and identification of relevant industry awards and submissions.
