Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Provide a high standard of quality service to customers by engaging trades, technicians, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and time frames.
2. Focus on KPIs and client agreements.
3. Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations.
4. Effectively liaise with stakeholders.
